Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please ensure that all the information, such as your shipping address and contact details, are accurate at the time of purchase. If any information is incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer support team at contact@workingcloud88.com.

Please note: Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.

Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive defective or incorrect items, we will issue a refund or replacement. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The item(s) must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
• The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned items are inspected. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

It is advised that you conduct a patch test before using any essential oil, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies. If you experience any adverse reactions, please discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
